- Avoid alcohol
- Learn to manage stress
When to call your primary care provider
- Chest pain or other symptoms of a heart attack
- A sudden, severe headache
- Changes in vision
- Confusion
- Irregular heart beat
- Fatigue
- Nosebleeds
- Excess perspiration
